We’re kicking off a new series called Listening To Your Body with an episode all about intermittent fasting, veganism, and intuitive eating. We’ve both done a lot of self-exploration in this realm, so we’re excited to share our point of view with you! If it isn’t obvious by now, we’re big on tuning in to your inner-knowing & relaxing rigid thought patterns surrounding eating. We believe if you can get into the swing of trusting your body & listening to its signals, you can live/nourish your body more freely & easily.
