19. STAY FOCUSED ON YOU
In this episode, we’re talking about how challenging it's been recently to stay focused on ourselves. There’s a lot of external noise that dictates how we should be living, eating, taking care of our skin, etc. and with that, comes indecision and unhappiness. We’ve become so accustomed to constant comparison & the consumption-mentality; however, we’ve come to recognize that the desire for more (or for something “better") has started to control our thoughts and actions.
