GOOD AF BANANA BITES

Alright, let’s not mess around. This recipe is one for the books. These banana bites are not only simple & nutritious, but they are good AF (hence the name).

We are always looking for snacks that satisfy us on all levels —mind, body, & soul— and this recipe does exactly that. Grab one of these for a mid-morning snack, a pre-workout energy boost, and/or enjoy as a decadent dessert. Whichever you choose, you won’t be dissappointed.

Major perks: gluten & dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Totally customizable. Dealer’s choice!
If you have a nut allergy, opt for sunbutter. Chocolate allergy? Carob!

Ingredients you’ll need :
• 4 bananas
• peanut butter / sunflower butter / cashew butter (can use almond or macadamia butter, too!)
• chocolate chips (we used Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips)
• dark chocolate to drizzle (we used Beyond Good Madagascar Pure Dark 70% Cocoa by Madécasse — but you can use the same chocolate chips as above if you don’t have a preference)
• pistachios / sunflower seeds (can use cashews as well!)
• pinch of Himalayan pink salt (we used Maldon Sea Salt Flakes)


Let’s assemble:
• Cut banana in to 4ths — in half, then half again.
• Lay cut-side up & coat with nut/seed butter.
• Layer nuts/seeds/chocolate chips on top. Our combos for these were: pb & dark choco chips, sunflower seed butter & sunflower seeds, cashew butter & crushed pistachios. Make it your own!
• Melt chocolate & drizzle over the top.
• Freeze for a minimum of one hour.
• MMMMmmmmmMMmm enjoy!
