DAMN GOOD MATCHA

Madison really nailed it with this recipe; Tess swears she’s never had a better matcha latte in her life.

First thing in the morning or as a midday pick-me-up, we can’t recommend this one enough if you’re into matcha.
We blend one of these babies up to sip on before we record a podcast and it’s rare to have any remnants in our glasses by the time we’re done with the episode because it’s just so. damn. good.

Ingredients you’ll need:

• 2 cups oat milk (we use low fat Oatly; it’s the only way to go - actually, any of the Oatly variations are where it’s at)
• 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (if you’re plant-based, skip this one or sub for vegan protein powder!)
• 1 tbsp matcha powder of choice (we use Mighty Leaf Organic Matcha Green Tea)
• Sweeten to taste w/ sweetener of choice (we use Monk fruit extract - Monk Drops, 3 good squeezes)
~can also use honey, or maple syrup
• A few (3-5) generous pinches of Himalayan pink salt (we’re pretty liberal with this ingredient, gives you that salty sweet taste, ya know?)

How to make:

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender on medium speed for ~1 minute.
• Add a handful of ice to your favorite glass, pour over your matcha mixture once it’s blended, and you’re off to the races, kids.
• Stir in a sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re looking for a little extra flavor, it’s delish!
