So, Cowboys - we are very aware of the seemingly infinite amount of sweet potato fry recipes there are on the internet, but trust us, this one is different. Cowboy Certified, you have our word.

Major perks: dairy & gluten-free.

Ingredients you’ll need:
• 2 to 3 white sweet potatoes (as always, pls use your preferred potato)
• 2 tbsp fresh dill
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)

For dipping sauce:
• Primal Kitchen Vegan Ranch
• Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

Supplies you’ll need:
• baking sheet
• parchment paper to line the baking sheet (we like to use a silicone reusable one to cut down on waste)
• large bowl for mixin

Let’s get cookin:
• Pre-heat oven to 425ºF
**ps. place baking sheet in the oven as it pre-heats (vital step)
**pss. keep silicone baking sheet/parchment paper out of oven during this step
• Cut sweet potato into your fav shape & chop dill into fine pieces
• In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (starting with potatoes, olive oil, salt, then dill) and stir until fries are evenly coated
• Pour fries onto lined baking sheet
**make sure fries don’t stack on top of each other, they should all lay flat
• Bake fries for 15 minutes and flip until each side is golden brown/you achieve your desired crisp level
**usually takes about 40 minutes to bake, but WELL WORTH THE WAIT HUNNIES
• While fries to cool a bit, mix up the the MUST-HAVE dip that completes this iconic recipe ~ “Franch” Dip. Yep.
**2:1 ratio; 2 parts ranch mixed with 1 part hot sauce -mix together in ramekin and dip those fries, baby
