89. Caught Up In The Land of The “Shoulds"

Calm, cool, and mostly collected is the vibe for this week, which is gladly welcomed given the chaos that the last couple of months have brought.

For us, the flavor of this week tasted a lot like self-improvement. Call us crazy, but we genuinely enjoy opening ourselves up and sharing moments of self-reflection. We give our thoughts on getting out of your own way, living in the land of the “shoulds”, and finish up with a gentle reminder to shift your perception every once in a while.
