62. Hey, Body... I Still Love You

At some point in our lives, we all experience a bit of rockiness in our relationship with our bodies. The rockiness may vary day to day––the important thing is to recognize that no one is immune to it; we must all be intentional & mindful with the way that we view, speak about, and take care of ourselves. All of us deserve to feel great in our skin & sometimes, we need to be reminded of that.

In this episode, we cover our relationship with food, what helps us feel good on our not-so-great body image days, childhood experiences in relation to body image/dieting, the numero uno biggest bullshit lie that’s disguised within the wellness space, and how we’re redefining health.
