44. Owning Your Truth, Dismantling Mental Illness Stigma, & Finding Personal Peace With Bree Blatchford

In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness month, we’re chatting with one of our dear friends, Bree Blatchford, about mental health. We cover Bree's journey with depression & anxiety, exploring different methods for coping, the importance of therapy & having a diagnosis, how to be a strong support system for individuals who are experiencing mental health hurdles, weaning off of antidepressants, peace points, and The Orange Bead Collective.

Please be advised that this episode covers sensitive subjects like suicide, depression, anxiety, and body dysmorphia. We don’t want to trigger anyone, but we hope that through this conversation we might help anyone who needs it.

For those who aren’t experiencing mental health hurdles, hearing stories like Bree's are so important to gain a better understanding of how to support those who are  & in general, become a more conscious cowboy

We're always grateful to have guests on the show that are willing to be open & honest in hopes that their experiences will serve someone else. Bree did that in such a beautiful and uplifting way.
